Where is my order?
Orders ship within 24 hours. As soon as yours is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Delivery to Ireland takes 4–6 working days.
No tracking email? Check your spam folder or send us your order number and we'll look it up for you.
How do I return my order?
You have 90 days to return or exchange. Send us your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll email you the return instructions. Refunds are processed within 48 hours after your parcel is scanned.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes – as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll change or cancel it for you.
How does Buy 1, Get 1 Free work?
