Shipping and delivery

Where do we ship?
We currently ship to Ireland.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders. All prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT.

VAT and customs
VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not have to pay any extra VAT, customs duties or handling fees on delivery.

Processing and delivery time
Your order is processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 6–10 business days, so you can expect to receive your parcel within 7–13 business days in total. During busy periods such as holidays, Black Friday and Christmas, delivery may take a little longer.

Where is my order shipped from?
Your order is shipped directly from our supplier outside the EU.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Please enter your phone number
The carrier may notify you about your delivery by SMS or email, for example about where your parcel can be collected (such as a pickup point or parcel locker). Please enter the correct phone number and email address at checkout and keep an eye on these notifications.

Parcels that are not collected
The carrier will tell you where and by when you can collect your parcel. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier's deadline, it will not be returned to us. In that case we will refund the purchase price minus the actual costs we incurred (shipping and the cost price of the item). We will let you know by email.

Delayed or lost parcels
If you have not received your parcel within 20 business days of ordering, please email us at info@veronni-beauty.com. We will investigate and either send you a new parcel or refund your purchase if the parcel has been lost.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address when ordering. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible and before your order has shipped.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel
If you order several items, they may sometimes be delivered in separate parcels. This does not cost you anything extra.
